One of the easiest ways to use avocado as foot mask are as follows:

  • Simply cut the avocado into two halves and then scoop out the flesh with the help of a spoon.
  • Place the empty halves of the fruit on both the heels of your feet and put the socks on it.
  • Avoid walking while the application of this natural mask and leave it for at least 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes remove the mask and wash your feet with water. Pop the feet with any moisturizer or any oil and enjoy the feeling of having baby soft feet.

Moisturizing avocado foot mask
The moisturizing mask of avocado is very beneficial in providing a young and refreshing look to your feet as well as hands. This mask is also very simple and can be prepared in a short time. The following ingredients are required to prepare this effective mask:

  • One ripe avocado
  • Two tablespoons of honey
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • Two tablespoon yogurt
  • 8-10 drops of sandalwood oil
  • 6-8 drops of myrrh

The preparation of this moisturizing mask is very easy. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Apply this paste evenly on the feet and hands, and then enwrap it properly with the help of a plastic bag or a towel. In this way, the mask will penetrate into the skin in an effective way. Leave the mask for almost 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Foot mask of avocado oil and other oils
Besides raw fruit, the oil of avocado is also used for the preparation of foot mask. In this mask the oil of avocado is mixed along with camellia japonica oil, Opuntia extracts, and Shea butter etc. some other ingredients are also included in this herbal mixture. This mask is very helpful in smoothening, softening, and repairing the dried and cracked heels and feet. This mask is applied over the feet after washing properly with warm water. After the application of the avocado mask, wear vinyl socks and after 20-30 minutes remove the socks as well as the foot mask. It is not necessary to wash the feet after removing the mask.

This mask yields excellent results, however, avoid using it on irritated or sunburned skin. In the same way, don’t apply this mask on pimples and blemishes, etc.
