Downward facing dog pose

During the pose, Stand on the mat with your feet flat and spine erect. Place the hands on either side of the body with palms facing your thighs. Inhale deeply while pulling the stomach inside and exhale while slowly coming back to the initial pose.

Shoulder stand pose

During the pose, lie on the mat in prone position, and exhale completely. While lifting your legs upwards until they make a 90 degree angle with the floor, inhale. In the next step, exhale while simultaneously raising your waist and pushing your legs backwards beyond your head. Support your waist with the help of your hands and continue the pose for another 30 to 60 seconds while breathing normally. The last step consists of gradual exhaling and bending the knees, curving back and slowly returning to prone position.

Triangle pose
Triangle pose or trikonasana is a good Yoga posture helping you with improved blood circulation and hair health.

During the posture, stand with your legs placed 3 feet apart. In the nest step raise both your hands keeping it in a straight line with your shoulders. Then bend towards your right side and touching the toes of your right leg with the fingers of your right hand. In the next step, raise the left hand upwards and look up towards your left hand, hold this position for a minute and then repeat the same procedure with your left side.

Knees to chest pose
Apanasana or knees to chest pose is an important asana which improves digestion, relaxes you, improves blood circulation and hence improves the overall health of the hair.

During the pose, you are required to lie flat on the floor. Fold your legs at your knees and bring them close to your chest. Next, hold your knee caps with both your palms while facing the feet. Next, inhale while straightening your arms and taking your legs away from you. Bring the legs close to you while inhaling. Continue this breathing and knee movement pattern for 1 to 2 minutes as per your convenience. Move the legs away from your body and do a side twist with knees folded to your right and left side. In the next step, straighten your legs and keep your hands by your side with palms facing downwards and breathe normally.
